职位描述：
1、注塑设备的正常保养维护，及时解决机器问题，减少维修时间。
2、机台及设备的安全监控，及时发现及解决潜在的安全问题。
3、援助工程师及主管处理一些生产问题。
4、援助领班管理生产现场。
5、持续改进生产效率及执行5S 活动。
6、主管及领班临时安排的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1、懂注塑成型技术，有3年以上连接器类产品工作经验；
2、能独立操作机台和周边设备；
3、懂常用连接器类产品塑胶原料特性；
4、具备基本模具知识；
5、中技或高中及以上学历，会做报表；
6、能适应两班倒。
