工作内容：
1. 业务订单排配，交期回复及达成。
2. 负责工厂生产管理：生产效率管理及优化，设备调试维护及保养，品质监控及成本控制，人员激励的方案规划。
3. 5S 管理：标识清楚，摆放整齐，干净整洁。
